​Pool Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Wednesday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Guest Fee: $2.00 per guest​
The community pool is a shared space for all residents to enjoy. Please follow the guidelines below to help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Guests: Guests must be accompanied by a household member at all times. Please be mindful of the number of guests you bring. A $2.00 fee applies per guest for use of the pool and/or tennis courts. Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests. (A member is defined as someone living in your immediate household.)

Supervision of Children: Children under 14 must be accompanied by an individual age 18 or older who is able to swim. Children age 14 and older may swim without an adult only if they are strong swimmers and accompanied by a peer of the same age or older.

Slide & Diving Board: Only one person may use the slide or diving board at a time. Please use equipment appropriately. If you are the last to leave, ensure the slide water is turned off.

Pool Gate: Do not prop the gate open at any time. If you notice it open, please close it to maintain safety and liability standards.

Cleanliness: Please clean up all personal items and trash before leaving. There is no storage for personal belongings. Lost and found items are located in the women’s restroom.

Glass Containers: Glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area.

Prohibited Items: Pets, bicycles, skateboards, and inline skates are not allowed inside the pool area.

Pool Rope & Buoys: Please do not hang on or tamper with the rope or buoys. These are costly and difficult to repair.

Pool Hours Enforcement: Swimming after hours is prohibited. Entering the pool area after dark is considered trespassing. The pool manager may close the pool early if needed for maintenance.

Parking: Please use designated parking areas only.

General Maintenance: Cleaning supplies are available in the men’s restroom for wiping tables or cleaning spills.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in or around the pool, including patio areas.

Community Responsibility: If you observe misuse or rule violations, please address it respectfully or contact a board member.

Pool Party Notification & Reservation Guidelines

If you’re planning a get-together or bringing guests, please fill out the reservation form ahead of time so we can plan for busier days and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

This helps us anticipate busy days, reduce overcrowding, and make sure the pool remains a great experience for everyone—including your group.
Important things to know:

Reserving the pool does not grant exclusive use of the pool, pavilion, or amenities

The pool remains open to all residents during all gatherings

Reservations are for planning purposes only, so we can better manage capacity and oversight
If you’re hosting a gathering, you are responsible for:

Providing adequate adult supervision, especially for children

Paying all applicable guest fees

Cleaning up after your event, including trash and checking restrooms
